Maria Vaeth Henderson is an experienced trial attorney practicing exclusively in the area of family and matrimonial law. She graduated from Barry University School of Law in 2006. As a law student, Maria interned at the Brevard County Public Defender’s Office where she excelled and was offered a job immediately upon graduation. Within 5 years, Maria conducted over 50 criminal jury trials, some including capital murder defense. Since being in private practice, Maria has focused her attention on handling complex family law matters, including significant property division, challenging custody litigation, modification of previous orders, relocations, nuptial agreements and enforcement issues. . Maria has represented hundreds of families going through a divorce and experiencing other critical issues involving their family.
